3 Words I Thought I Would Never Say in Paris

Museums are FUN.

Before this trip, I thought if I could just make it through my classes without going to the museums, my experience would be perfect. However. to my surprise, the time I have spent at museums has been among my favorite parts of my program. It is easy to let the information you hear go in one ear and out the other, especially if you can’t see and touch what you are learning about. Taking architecture class has given me more of an appreciation for visual learning and a new view on Paris.

I found the most beautiful lighting!

Les Hotel Des Invalides

The Les Invalides is one of the most over looked museums in all of Paris. It is by no means as famous as the Lourve or Notre Dame, but in my opinion, it is the most breath-taking.

This is the beautiful greenery outside the opening of the Hotel.
The beautiful outside of the Church.
I loved the vibrant gold color of this building.

The Musée Rodin

The Musée Rodin is one of the most well known and visited museums in Paris, known for its famous sculptures. Many of the sculptures here were left unfinished. The most famous sculpture at this museum is “The Thinking Man” by Auguste Rodin.

This is the sculpture the museum is most famous for. I found the roses and garden to be the most eye catching part.
My favorite part of the Rodin!

The world awaits…discover it.
