ELAP Internships in London

Experiential Learning Abroad Programs (ELAP), a division of International Studies Abroad (ISA), is offering nine new 12-week internship placements in London, England.

From public relations to digital media marketing, there are a ton of great opportunities for students interested in gaining international experience in the fields of business, fashion, digital marketing and communications. Fall application deadlines have been extended to May 15th and June 1st, according to program start date.

Communications and Public Relations Agency

Assist one of the UK’s top public relations and social media marketing agencies. This organization works with a variety of clients, including big brands, challenger brands, start-ups, non-profits and individuals. Conduct online research, support all account managers, create coverage reports and research surveys, analyze data and create press releases.

Fashion Boutique

Established over a decade ago, this fashion boutique is the epitome of on-trend British style. It has six locations throughout London and receives its inspiration from the glamor of Hollywood in the 1930s and 1940s. Participants assist in a variety of areas such as sales, visual merchandising, management, administration and print media.

Consumer Trends Think Tank

Established in 1996, this organization is an international authority in consumer trends. It identifies, analyzes and forecasts social and consumer trends for over 160 major clients across the globe. Maintain the online database, conduct research, respond to client inquiries, assist on consultancy projects, and contribute to the online trends tool by writing articles and assessing trends. Participants should have strong Microsoft Office and internet proficiency, and a familiarity with SPSS analytics software is recommended. This placement is ideal for economics students who are strongly interested in international affairs.

Social Media Marketing Agency

The mission of this company is to provide performance-based marketing via the internet to boost revenues for clients. Interns will work in the areas of web design and web development. Participants must have extensive experience in their internship field, such as HTML/CSS, coding, social media profile design, PHP programming, and/or Drupal.
