If you’re nervous about going abroad for an entire semester or summer, or worried you won’t be able to fit study abroad in your schedule, consider ISA’s newest option, a three week session in Florence, Italy over the January break in 2013.
This new special J-Term (January Term) program is designed for students interested in taking a course in the Arts, Business or Foreign Language. It’s perfect for any student who has a limited amount of time or budget for travel! This program can be taken as a precursor to a semester program or as an individual program on its own. Three weeks in Italy is not a bad way to spend your winter break!
All courses are taught in English, except for Italian language courses which are available for students with a beginning through advanced level of Italian. If you choose this program you’ll find other international students in your class, the majority of whom are North American.
Worried about credits transferring? No need! Once you complete the program you’ll receive a transcript from the Florence University of the Arts (FUA) with credits you can use toward a degree program at your home school.
