Study at the Oldest University in Argentina
Explore the oldest university in Argentina when you choose to study Spanish Language and Latin American Studies during the spring 2012 semester program in Córdoba. The university itself has been declared a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage site and lies among some of the most culturally and historically significant landmarks in the whole county.
This program is perfect for advanced Spanish students who have previously taken 4+ semesters/6+ quarters of college-level Spanish or the equivalent, as all courses on site are instructed in Spanish.
Additionally, there are courses available in a variety of topics focusing on Latin America and Argentina.
Program highlights also include:
- An intensive month prior to the start of the semester.
This helps student become comfortable with the city, culture and language before starting classes.
- ISA on-site resident staff.
Since this program is structured with students in mind, the intimate setting allows for individualized attention from resident staff in Argentina.
- Full integration into the Argentine lifestyle.
As part of the Córdoba program, ISA students will visit noteworthy historic sites and learn about the amazing culture through special group activities in Argentina’s second largest city.
