A Few Places I’d Love to Call ‘Home’

While Dublin has become a second home to me, I have had the chance to venture to a few other cities I wouldn’t mind calling home someday.

SANTORINI, GREECE

Santorini’s famous white and blue town, Oia, gave me the chills.  This sight was the most breathtaking sight to date.  My day started here in Oia and the rest of it was spent cruising around the island on an ATV seeing all of the other beautiful spots Santorini had to offer.

COPENHAGEN, DENMARK

Copenhagen_Dublin_Ireland_MollyMalkinski_Photo7.jpgMy next favorite spot is Copenhagen, Denmark.  My days here were spent walking along Nyhavn, and making my way through the streets surrounding the colorful canal.

Copenhagen3_Dublin_Ireland_MollyMalkinski_Photo9.jpgA favorite stop of mine in Copenhagen, although only applicable to visiting during the Christmas season, was the Tivoli Gardens Christmas Market.  This market had everything from shopping to rollercoasters to a biergarten.  My day at Tivoli Gardens was a day well spent.

MANAROLA, ITALY

Manarola_Dublin_Ireland_MollyMalkinski_Photo4.jpgMy last spot on the list, Manarola.  This is one of the 5 small towns along the west coast of Italy included in Cinque Terre.  Watching the sunset from this spot is something I have thought about every day since.

I hope you all get the opportunity to visit these cities one day!

The world awaits…discover it.
