After a week in Florence we have gathered all information regarding where the best places to eat are. The opposite side of the river is less tourists and more authentic. We have come to the conclusion that Gusta Pizza creates the most delicious and mouthwatering pizza we have found thus far!

The Pizzeria is located on Via Maggio and only sells pizza, however there are two other restaurants next door owned by the same owner. There is one that sells Panini’s, and one with a more extensive menu. We continue to return for the amazing pizza though. The pizzas are made with fresh ingredients, served in less than 10 minutes. You order and pay up front then sit down. It is very informal, and with each pizza ranging form €5 to €8 and personal sized; it is great for lunch, or a low-key dinner. The venue is small, so come by in a smaller group, but there is also plenty of space outside to take away and sit down to enjoy. We continue to try and find the best of the best, and I recommend Gusta Pizza as a must eat restaurant in Florence!
