In the words of Emily Pinkston from the University of Kentucky, “It changed my life. It literally helped me decide what I want to do when I get out of college. I learned so much more from them than they probably learned from me. I am so blessed to have been able to take part in the global education internship.”
Pilar Sanguinetti from Old Dominion University agreed: “I thoroughly enjoyed my internship abroad. It was my first experience actually teaching in front of a classroom and I believed helped me to further hone my expectations and desires about becoming a teacher.”

Warren Swenson from Baker University explains, “I worked with 3 and 4-year-olds in a local school each week. It was the best! The teacher was great, and, of course, so were the children. I appreciated the opportunity to teach them English.”
Dana Cook from Westminster College (PA) expresses why she participated in this global education internship saying, “The education internship offered through ISA will definitely benefit me in my future career… It’s a very unique experience.”
