Sacre Coeur

Montmartre is my favorite place in Paris. My ideal day begins with a trip to the Botanical Gardens and ends with watching the sun set from the steps of Sacre Couer. It’s better than the crowds at Trocadero to see the Eiffel Tower and the spectacle is more subtle. Accompanied by entertaining street musicians, young people from all over Paris just sit and enjoy the best view in the City of Lights.

Today is my very last day in Paris, and it’s bittersweet. I’m ready for warm weather, but I’m not sure I’m ready to say goodbye for who knows how long. I just have to promise myself I’ll come back again someday. Au Revoir, Paris
