Help fund your study abroad program by applying for one of our ELAP scholarships by February 15th! Students going abroad with Experiential Learning Abroad Programs this summer are eligible to apply for our Kalyn Peterson Memorial Scholarship and may receive between $1,500 and $3,000 toward their upcoming program.
In order to apply, students must meet the minimum requirements:
- At least a 3.0 cumulative GPA
- Second or third year of undergraduate enrollment
- Acceptance into an ELAP program
- Financial need
Please look to see if your university has any rules limiting scholarship eligibility before you apply. Check the ISA affiliated universities list for more details.
To complete the application, students need to also submit an official copy of their college transcript, resume, essay question, letter of recommendation and supporting finaincial aid documents.

Please note, completed scholarship application documents and completed program applications and materials must be postmarked by this date. Scholarship application deadlines are evaluated independently of program application deadlines and will not be extended even if the program application deadline is extended. Incomplete and/or ineligible applications will not be considered.
