Want to learn more about Latin American history or literature? I mean really learn more? How about spending an upcoming semester studying abroad in Santiago, Dominican Republic?
ISA offers a great program for students looking to learn more about Latin American history or International Studies, right in the center of Latin America!
3 Reasons to Study Latin American History or International Studies in Santiago
1. Enroll in Unique Courses
Learn about Latin American society by taking courses such as Hispanic Caribbean Culture and Society, Dominican-Haitian Relations or enroll in the Economics and Business Banking with locals.
When studying with ISA, students have the option to add a volunteer program through our Experiential Learning Abroad Programs division. Students complete reflection activities throughout the program, enabling them to think critically about their experience and enhance personal and professional growth.
3. Learn International Customs
One of the most rewarding parts of any study abroad opportunity is learning new customs and traditional. Study abroad will benefit International Studies or Latin American History majors looking to practice skills learned in the classroom in a real life setting.
