My Day as a Student in Barcelona

Andrea Brambila Barba is a student at Arizona State University and an ISA Photo Blogger. She is studing abroad abroad with ISA in Barcelona, Spain.

The city of Barcelona is a museum itself. Going to classes everyday is an exciting adventure because if I wander around a little, I always find myself in awe by the historical buildings and the artistic expressions in every corner of the city. A typical schoolday for me looks like this:

School comes first! So I start with classes at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, campus Sant Pau.

By the time I am done with my first class, my body reminds me it is lunch time. So, I treat my tummy and my eye by grabbing lunch around the Sagrada Familia (which is conveniently located at a short walk from campus!)

Once I am done with classes, I go walk around the elegant street of Passeig de Gràcia.

Where I make a stop at Pudding Alicia where I get some work done while I sip on my café con leche.

Getting homework done early has become a motivation to go to my next stop and ultimate favorite place, the beach!

Barceloneta Beach

Ending my day at Barceloneta Beach is the perfect way to ease my mind, breath fresh air, and relax for the next day.
